Role Overview
The Fab IT Solutions Manager will take on a high-impact leadership role overseeing IT solutions across the company's semiconductor fabrication facilities. This individual will be responsible for driving the digital transformation strategy, focusing on enhancing factory efficiency, data utilization, and manufacturing execution systems (MES). The company is looking for someone to help manage the journey towards a fully automated manufacturing process, leveraging the latest in AI/ML, automation, and data analytics.
This position will report directly to senior leadership and manage a team of 5 direct reports, overseeing a total of 100 employees. As part of the company's long-term strategy, the role will be integral in driving automation and optimizing operations across multiple fabs.
