Hematology-Oncology Nurse Practitioner, Advance Practice Provider and/or Physician Assistant for Outpatient setting\

NP or PA will join a mission driven team that serves their patients needs in Hartford, CT area\
\

Assess and provide appropriate interventions\
Prescribe medication and manage symptoms \

Background Profile:\
Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner/AOCNP, Nurse Practitioner/NP, Advance Practice Provider/APP or Physician Assistant/PA\
1 year or more of oncology experience is ideal\
License and Board Certification in state of Connecticut or pending\
