The Role

We’re hiring an Outbound Sales Representative to help expand Centric’s reach in both event production and wedding rentals . This role is primarily focused on outbound sales — cold calling, cold emailing, networking, and relationship-building — while also handling occasional inbound overflow leads when our inbound team is at capacity.

The right candidate will have proven outbound sales experience in the events, production, or related industry, with the ability to generate new business opportunities and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events .
• Prospect and build relationships with wedding planners, venues, corporate clients, and associations.
• Attend industry networking events and trade shows to represent Centric and develop new opportunities.
• Handle occasional inbound overflow leads with professionalism and urgency.
• Work closely with internal sales and production teams to craft proposals and close deals.
• Maintain an outbound-focused sales pipeline in the CRM, hitting activity and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outbound sales experience (required) — ideally in event production, weddings, or related industries.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound quotas.
• Strong understanding of the events industry (corporate production, weddings, rentals).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient in the face of challenges.
