Job Description

In partnership with Harba Solutions, Stevanato Group is hiring an Expediting Specialist to join the supply chain team! This is an exciting opportunity for a college graduate to begin and grow their career.

This role performs expediting activities for the relevant material, components and products assigned in order to ensure the delivery in adherence with the expected delivery times based on production progress and requirements, resolving issues when they arise, working alongside the other functions involved, in compliance with applicable standards and according to the leader above.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

EXPEDITING PROCESS MANAGEMENT

• Executes the expediting processes of the materials, components, products delivery within the production schedule and requirements, for the product line assigned, in accordance with applicable standards and the leader above.
• Performs all the activities assigned in order to ensure that data and documents are properly and accurately compiled and entered into the relevant systems, according to the leader above.
• Monitors production schedules and progress and interacts with suppliers in order to follow-up on material, components and other products acquisition and the relevant shipment in order to prevent delays, working alongside the other functions involved.
• Identifies critical issues and work alongside the other functions involved in order to inform and resolve problems when they arise, proposes solutions to the leader above in order to continuously improve the relevant processes assigned, in alignment with applicable standards and all the other requirements.

MONITORING AND REPORTING

• Measures, analyzes and reports on KPI, monitoring the adherence with the relevant targets for the assigned product line, in order to ensure efficiency and the level of service required.
• Monitors continuously relevant data, contributing to prevent delays and better achieve defined targets, in accordance with the Leader above.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Participates actively in the projects assigned, providing the project team with delivered actions, acting as enabler of synergy and efficiency across the processes involved.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

• Interacts regularly and effectively communicates with the internal teams and other leaders as well as relevant internal and external stakeholders aimed at building level of awareness on planning processes and goals.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or similar
• Strong Excel understanding and experience
• Internship experience is highly desirable

COMPENSATION: $50,000-70,000 based on experience
